Big corporations and companies make the most profit. But in the past several years, it was small businesses pushing the economy forward. During the Great Recession of 2007 and 2008, millions of people lost their job.

And as the economy began to recover, it wasn’t the corporations that started to hire. It was the small businesses showing signs of life. Today, the Small Business Revolution is thriving.

It is all thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of America. This documentary takes a look at the passion of small business owners. They range from local barbershops, local food trucks, and similar businesses.

The most profitable industries are accounting, tax preparations, bookkeeping, payroll services, legal services, real estate, and outpatient care centers.
