Christianity is the most popular and widely spread religion in the world. The religion is based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, who is the focal point of the Christian faith.

In Christianity, Jesus is often referred as the Messiah, and most Christians believe he is the Son of God, and that his coming was predicted in the Old Testament of the Bible. His teachings are documented in the New Testament.

And while Christianity is the most widely spread religion, it is not the oldest one. That would be Hinduism. Christianity still has an old history, dating back thousands of years. Exactly how we got here? What are the roots of Christianity?

This documentary carefully documents the history and timeline of the world’s most widely spread religion.
