The Airbus A350 is a family of long-rang and wide-body airlines. Airbus proposed the first design in 2004 as a direct response to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The A350 is a development to the A330 with composite wings and new engines.
The largest A350 has a payload of 68 tons and a capacity of 44 LD3 containers. The aircraft is one of nine commercial aircrafts that have never recorded a passenger fatality.
The typical three-class configuration can accommodate between 350 and 410 passengers in economy class with modern comfort. Passengers enjoy a spacious and quiet cabin, wider seats, and elegant ambient lighting.
And it is all thanks to the engineering. In this documentary, we take a look at some of the engineering crafts used to make the Airbus A350 masterpiece.
