Christopher Hitchens, columnist, creator, contrarian, some may say artistic non-douchebag, was known for tossing his acumen around and for taking some somewhat disliked stands and on the off chance that you despised him for that... well then he was okay with it.
Anyway Hitchens' work had been offered in some exceedingly regarded distributions and he was contributing editorial manager at Vanity Fair. He was born in Portsmouth, England and as the story goes his mother said "if there will be a privileged in this nation then Christopher will be in it."
So Hitchens went to an extravagant tuition based school, later learned at Oxford, began writing in the 70s and for quite a while he was a staple of the left-wing media. Anyway after 9/11 things began to change. Hitch upheld the attacks of Iraq and Afghanistan and he stood firm against the purported liberal media. Truth be told he finished his twenty-year association with the magazine called The Nation due to it.
