Arthur John Shawcross is commonly known as the Genesee River Killer. He was an American serial killer active in Rochester, New York.

His first known murder was in 1972, when he killed a young boy and girl in his hometown of Watertown. There is no doubt he was a psychopath. Killing 2 children and 11 prostitutes certainly makes you that.

Not only he was a murdered, he was also a cannibal. The stories of cannibalism and mutilation have made him one of the most notorious serial killers in America.

He was a 300-pound serial killer who ruthlessly murdered people. In this interview, he explains why he did that, and whether he regrets his actions.
