Diamonds are woman's best friends. Diamonds are the most prestigious of all gems, and every woman would do anything to wear one on her neck.

We all know that diamonds are formed under pressure. But how exactly does the process unfolds? Synthesizing diamonds is the Holy Grail for physicists and scientists.

Many people say that diamonds are formed in lab. And that is true. After mining, rough diamonds are worth a fraction of their real price. The price goes up depending on the cut, and that is where labs and jewelers come into play.

The documentary explains how diamonds are made, but also touches on few other topics. Like, are diamonds really that rare? Or their price is high due to price manipulation?
