Cage Fighting, or Mixed Marshal Arts (MMA), is a sport that is skyrocketing in its popularity, gaining millions of fans around the world each year. When people thing of MMA, they think of two men fighting in a ‘cage’, but the female fighters are growing in numbers and popularity.

This documentary follows two British women, both cage fighters, as they travel to America for one of the biggest fights they’ve been in yet. The amazing part is that you normally think of these fighters as young, single, passionate only about the fight, but one of the women is a mother of two!

In a ring where almost anything is allowed, from punching, choking, kneeing and kicking, we get an eye-opening view of this popular but brutal sport through the eyes of two women.
