Called the Military’s Pandora Box, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program is an oionospheric research program that is funded by the US Navy, the US Air Force, and the University of Alaska.

The official statement is that the program is designed for research, but the conspiracy theorists and suspicious individuals are demanding for answers. The HAARP system has been one of the most controversial programs in the past 10 years, with individuals claiming that HAARP is responsible for several earthquakes, tsunamis and others natural disasters.

In 2014, the US Military announced that the program will be shut down by the end of the year. It took until 2015 for HAARP to be officially shut down, and the program is now fully in possession of the University of Alaska.

The University has been using it for research, and is renting it on per-pay basis.

With that being said, the documentary takes a deep look into what HAARP actually is, and what it has been used to in the past 10 years.
