We Ride: The Story of Snowboarding is a documentary delivered by ‘Burn’, and recorded and altered by innovative organization called ‘Grain Media’.
The film follows snowboarding's courses back to the earliest reference point of the sport, beginning in 1965 with Sherman Poppen's home-made creation for kids, chronicling its blast in the 90s up to its available standard status as a worldwide social wonder.
We Ride gimmicks interviews with a portion of the sport's most compelling figures, including Todd Richards, Jake Burton Carpenter, Tom Sims, Craig Kelly, and blaze supported snowboarders Ståle Sandbech and Gigi Rüf. It was described by performer, humorist and genius skater Jason Lee (on-screen character) and coordinated by Grain Media originators John Drever and Orlando Von Einsiedel, who had been a star snowboarder before turning his hand to film.
The film debuted at the opening of the yearly snowboarding challenge Air & Style in Innsbruck on 31 January 2013, and made its online debut on 24 February 2013.
