This documentary is intended to raise awareness of the effects of the ongoing climate changes. The film director Jeff Orlowski collaborated on this project with the James Balog, a photographer who specializes in nature photography.

Their cooperation resulted in this documentary, released on November 16th, 2012 in the US. You will have a chance to see the calving of a glacier in a, longest of its kind, footage with the duration of over 75 minutes. The filmed glacier is Jakobshavn, located in Greenland. It took more than two weeks in order to film 7.4 cubic kilometers of ice which chipped off a glacier. It is believed that this type of a glacier was responsible for the sinking of the Titanic.
