Be it muscular, or skinny, most men hate the way they look. Skinny people want to have more muscles, and muscular men think they are under scrutiny about the way they look. In this documentary, four different people talk about their body, why they hate it, and what they think can improve.

Some of the men in the video are skinny, some are muscular, but they all hate their bodies. As men pursue their ideal body, they are spending thousands and thousands of dollars on gym memberships, food supplements, and much more.

Two skinny people, and two pumped up body builders want to transform themselves in just 12 weeks. Is it possible? Tune in and see!
