Ten days prior to the biggest operation of World War II was propelled, it was still one of the century's best-kept mysteries because of a great number of individuals partaking in one of history's most exceptional times.

David Stafford has composed a riveting record of ten of those common men and ladies including an American paratrooper, an officer from Germany, a young English lady working on code breaking, a Jew from Paris who is on the run and a French resistance movement member.
