Endangered Wild Animals: Elephants and Orangutans

This documentary is concerned with the poaching of elephants and orangutans. The story takes us on an incredible journey into the wild. From the rainforest of Borneo, to the savannas of Kenya, this film will give you a chance to see the difficult task of saving, rehabilitating and eventually releasing these wild animals.

The director of this documentary is David Lickley and the writing and production credits go to Drew Fellman. The distribution in the US was done by Warner Bros along with IMAX Pictures. The documentary narration was done by Morgan Freeman. The release date was on April 8th in 2011.

The film received a number of positive critics and was awarded with the Genesis Award for Best Documentary Feature from The Humane Society of the United States in 2012.

This heartwarming documentary will give you a chance to see some of the most beautiful places on Earth and witness the shocking consequences of poaching. Fortunately, there is a group of people concerned with the issue at hand, and are more than willing to do something about it.
